The TAP™ Resisted Running Flat Band provides an effective means to develop hip and leg strength when used in dynamic exercises. Used properly it is an excellent tool for high-intensity exercises to increase power while targeting specific energy systems. This band can be used for both over speed and resisted methods of training depending upon whether the athlete is being towed or is doing the towing.
