The leaves have been dried into extremely thin strands that slowly unravel and expand as they are infused. A delicious green tea!\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is a classic \"robust\" style Yunnan Green Tea, a 1 leaf to 1 bud plucking style.  It's floral, beany, grassy and sweet when brewed carefully.  We recommend brewing gong fu style (short steepings at first) using 85C water and 4 grams per 100ml vessel.
